Need a simple dinner? This one is perfect. We have these beef taco bowls quite a bit, as they are easy to throw together and filling.
Essentially a glorified taco salad! Layer in lettuce, meat of your choice (in this case, ground beef), cheese, black beans, salsa and sour cream.
All together now. Who else has to mix their salad up completely before eating like me? A little bit OCD...
Today is crazy. Last night was crazy. I baked/cooked from 4-10pm getting ready for our Eat, Drink & Shop party tonight.
In case you missed it, two friends and I are hosting a dinner/shopping party. Nice sit down dinner, drinks, games, door prizes and in the end opening up two of her bedrooms for shopping! Each of us have prepared "homemade" gifts so to speak for our guests. We have everything from jewelry, handmade scarves, hats, greeting cards, cupcakes, a zillon baked goods, my cookbook, the list goes on and on.
It should be a ton of fun. Thankfully the kids are heading to daycare today so we can prepare and get ready! Pictures and recap will be coming.
