It's Day 6 of my 12 Days of Holiday Giveaways!
Oh, today is a good one. Who loves pizza?
Today's giveaway will help you to make the most delicious pizza around.
Woo-hoo!
Aren't these daily giveaways fun? Today is the halfway mark {hard to believe} and it's a doozy! You still have time to enter day 3 and day 4 as well, so make sure to do that.
But today....today is all about PIZZA.
My long time friend Biz over at My Bizzy Kitchen reached out to me in early November asking if I had any spots left to fill in this series, which I did, and she immediately asked if she could jump on board for a day. She has been such a wonderful friend to me over the years, I can't wait to see her again soon.
If you know Biz {make sure to follow her on Instagram, she's a HOOT}, then you know her grand love of pizza. She has single handedly made her skinny pizza dough famous and just last week self-published her first cookbook all about it.
Don't think twice, just go order it HERE.
Have you heard of a Baking Steel?
If you are a pizza connoisseur you most certainly have. This piece of food technology has TAKEN OVER the culinary world. Made in the U.S.A. and perfect for home ovens, grills, convection ovens, campfires and more, the Baking Steel conducts heat ridiculously fast which creates the perfect crispy crust for pizzas and breads.
Their best selling Original Baking Steel has a thickness of 1/4 of an inch and weighs 16 pounds. Using the steel you will cook your pizza at 500 degrees creating the a perfect pizza with a super crispy crust, yet a soft, chewy middle.
Here's how it goes: preheat the oven to 500 degrees and place your baking steel in the oven while it preheats. When the pizza is assembled, place it directly onto the steel or on a sheet of parchment paper and WATCH IT COOK IN 4 MINUTES.
Yes, just 4 minutes!
It's like having an old school Italian pizza oven right in your very own kitchen.
The crunch factor is on point.
Now, these baking steels are a HOT commodity. They are continually sold out, but they are currently taking pre-orders that will ship in January. Get on the list HERE.
TWO lucky winners are going to win an Original Baking Steel!
Simply use the Rafflecopter Giveaway icon below for multiple ways to enter. Also, make sure to follow me on Instagram and Facebook as I'll be choosing one winner via those social media handles as well. U.S. residents only please. Two random winners will be chosen on December 9th.
A big, beautiful thank you to My Bizzy Kitchen for partnering on this post. Please visit her website for many recipe ideas and to order her new cookbook, Skinny Pizza Dough Edition.
