Here's a fun holiday snack!
My Spicy Dill Pickle Cashews are perfect for any grazing table and are even a great homemade gift for loved ones.
Do you have 20 minutes?
Even during the busy holiday season my new Spicy Dill Pickle Cashews are easy to make and even more fun to eat! I promise it takes just 5 minutes of prep and 15 minutes of oven time.
Let them cool and then try and stay out of them. They are addicting and flavorful and a wonderful homemade gift during the holidays.
I've got to admit, of any nut a cashew is my favorite.
They are buttery, with mild flavor and are ALWAYS the first nut to be picked out of a mixed bowl. So I figured I would take them and jazz them up with some of my other favorite flavors - dill weed, hot sauce, butter, garlic and more.
These cashews have just the perfect amount of slightly, smoky heat and a dill pickle undertone.
Other dill pickle favorites I've created?
My Crockpot Dill Pickle Bacon Cheeseburger Soup is popular this time of year and my Dill Pickle Pasta Salad is always a hit in the Summer. And my wildly popular Air Fryer Chicken Pickle Tenders (gotta try that one) are great with kids and adults alike.
So this nut recipe falls right in line. If you like a little more heat add a bit more cayenne or hot sauce, if you are scared of any heat omit the cayenne (but I promise it's not that big of a deal - just gives it flavor!).
But to each is own.
Please share this recipe with your friends this holiday season!
