Party Chicken Bubble Bake

This easy 6 ingredient dinner received rave reviews from my family!

This post is sponsored by AE Dairy, but all opinions are my own.

I love any main dish that comes together in a snap – and I know you guys do as well – as it’s often one of your top requests!

We are all busy. I have three kids going in all different directions. I am the quintessential “soccer Mom”, although you’d need to replace soccer with football, volleyball, basketball, softball and baseball.

So, I appreciate a quick, delicious dinner as much as you do. And this one fits the bill!

Chicken, cheese, AE dip, cream of chicken soup, biscuits and fried onions laid out on a wooden cutting board.

AE Dairy and I wanted to showcase one of their fabulous sour cream dips this month and I chose their Party Dip – I mean, why not?

Their Party Dip has been a favorite since the 1960’s. With a blend of crisp bell peppers, parsley and sweet onion, it’s garden-fresh flavors really do “pop” like a party in your mouth.

Both AE Dairy and I wanted to create a weeknight dinner dish for you all, that included their dip, but in an easy way. A simple mix and bake type dish if you will!

This one could not be more simple – rotisserie chicken, AE Dairy Party Dip, cream of chicken soup, canned biscuits, cheddar cheese and fried onions. That is it!

The flavors all merry together for what could be your new favorite chicken casserole.

My kids requested that I make it again. I served it alongside a mixed salad and some fresh fruit. Dinner was so simple that night, yet so tasty.

This dish is also a great one to bring to a family who needs a little pick-me-up. You can take it unbaked and stick it in their fridge for later or bake it off and bring it over warm. I promise you they will enjoy it.

And any of AE Dairy’s dips will do in this chicken bake. Try their French Onion or their Chive Sour Cream versions, all will bring great flavor to the dish.

I’m looking forward to seeing your Party Chicken Bubble Bakes! I hope it brings ease to your family dinners and your busy weeknight schedules. Kids love this one and Moms love simplicity.
