Cheesecake Fluff Stuffed Strawberries

This is such a fun (even romantic!) treat to make for a loved one.

A simple cheesecake filling dresses up these beautiful berries. Perfect for a party too!

This post is sponsored by AE Dairy, but all opinions are my own.

Today I have the perfect little snack or treat for you! Whether you need something for a bridal shower, a birthday party or for the upcoming Valentine’s Day holiday – these Cheesecake Fluff Stuffed Strawberries are easy to make and delicious.

I’ve partnered with AE Dairy again this month and we wanted to showcase their whole milk yogurt in a unique and fun way.

Because yogurt isn’t just for eating plain!

Although, that way is great too. Especially AE Dairy’s version which is popular for its rich and creamy texture that is also lower in sugar and a bit higher in protein (double win!).

For this recipe I decided to use their Sweet Cream flavor – which will remind you of the BEST vanilla like flavor you’ve ever had – mainly to keep it simple and not overpower the “cheesecake” filling for these strawberries.

Now don’t get intimidated by this recipe. If you can slice a strawberry in half and core a bit out of the middle, half the work is already done. No need for special piping bags or fancy equipment. I simply spooned a bit of this tasty filling right on top of the strawberry, sprinkled some graham crackers crumbs on top and popped one in my mouth!

They are super easy and take no time to make.

The light filling is simply cream cheese, AE Dairy whole milk yogurt, honey, vanilla extract and a squirt of lemon juice. That’s it!

A simple whisk whips it all together and it’s ready to serve.

These look darling on a serving platter, and I promise you will disappear fast.

How cute are they?

These would be so fun for a class party, breakfast in bed for your sweetie or a fun garnish for any wedding or baby shower.

I mean, who doesn’t love fresh strawberries AND cheesecake?

AE Dairy’s products continue to amaze me with their quality. Did you know each week they taste test every single product, picked from various store shelves? Each product is brought into a board room, and they sample each product and flavor – to make sure it is to their standards.

Their culture spans generations (over 100 years) and it truly shows.

I cannot wait to see you guys make these Cheesecake Fluff Stuffed Strawberries! Be sure to tag both me (@sweetsavoryeats) and AE Dairy (@aedairy) and we’ll be sure to share your photos.
